Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich Smoothie (THM FP with S option)

My super handsome husband “Cbass” (swoon, tee hee) came up with this 4 ingredient (I know only 4 ingredients!!) super yummy smoothie months ago and I can’t think of anything better to appease my PB&J cravings.

Such a great AND healthy on plan smoothie to have…….kids really love it, and ask for it for dessert most nights!!! It’s really that good!! Hope you love it too.  🙂 <3

Simply put all the ingredients into your Blender.  I use my OmniBlend V Blender (see my review post of the OmniBlend V here)…it’s my absolute favorite blender.

You can see it’s not a giant shake, it’s the perfect amount to have after a meal, or with a snack.  ❤

I blend mine with the 35 second option found on my OmniBlend V (US LinkCAD Link If you’re in the market for a new blend I highly recommend the OmniBlendV)

I would recommend blending on high for about that time with your blender. ❤

  1. Sounds so good Chrissy 🙂 I am def going to make this!! I love your website.. thanks so much <3

  2. Did not walk, but ran to my blender and made this within seconds of finding it in my email. I used berry blend because I had an open bag. This was very good and will be in my blender again! Thank you…

  3. Oh darling I don’t know. It works for me I just checked. How about you highlight the RECIPE, copy and paste it to a Word document and print it off that way. Sorry its not working for you
