Wake Up Peppermint Oolong Shrinker (THM FP)

This little drink packs a “wake-up” punch!  Loads of calorie burning Oolong tea, and the soothing cooling taste of Peppermint really make this drink something special.  I hope you love it as much as I do!! <3

  1. Just tried this and it is delicious! I love morning coffee because of the creaminess of it so it makes a E breakfast very challenging. This is a perfect replacement that will go with an E. Thanks so much!

  2. Is this considered a sipper? Wasn’t sure because of the MCT oil. Looks great…thanks!

    1. Hi Karen, this isn’t an all day sipper, as written , but is an FP… So you can pair with any fuel source.
If you reduce MCT oil to 1 tsp it would then safely be considered a sipper. <3

      1. I was surprised to see your name was Benoit (when a friend posted your chocolate fudge cake). It’s the same as my maiden name. We are from upstate NY. I love your recipes and plan to try the cake and oolong/peppermint tea.

  3. Is MCT oil required or is there a substitute? This is a special ingredient I haven’t splurged on yet.

  4. Is the picture you posted this drink? Mine didn’t look like that at all. Yours looks so creamy!

    1. Hi Angie, yes of course it is. I blended it in my blender though, so if you didn’t do that you won’t get that frothy look.
