This little drink packs a “wake-up” punch! Loads of calorie burning Oolong tea, and the soothing cooling taste of Peppermint really make this drink something special. I hope you love it as much as I do!! <3
Ingredients:
3 bags Oolong Tea
1 bag Peppermint Tea
2 cups of boiling water
Steep for 5 minutes
½ cup Almond Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp Collagen of choice (Buy Here: THM Integral Collagen, Piping Rock Ultra Collagen)
½ tsp cinnamon
2 dashes of cayenne powder
2 tsp MCT oil
2 doonks THM Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
Instructions:
While Tea is steeping place all ingredients, except steeping tea, in blender. After tea has fully steeped for the 5 minutes, add to ingredients already in the blender and blend well (make sure your blender can handle heat).
Serve and enjoy immediately!

Sounds good. I was wondering what to drink for a hot shrinker. Thanks.
Well this is it!!! The cooler weather demands warm beverages. 🙂 <3 Hope you like it!
Why the knox gelatin? What are the benifits? thanks
Gelatin builds greater health in your skin, nails & joints.
Just tried this and it is delicious! I love morning coffee because of the creaminess of it so it makes a E breakfast very challenging. This is a perfect replacement that will go with an E. Thanks so much!
Ah yes I love hearing that. I too miss my creamy caffeinated drink on my E mornings, this really does save the day!! Thank you for sharing <3
Is this considered a sipper? Wasn’t sure because of the MCT oil. Looks great…thanks!
Hi Karen, this isn’t an all day sipper, as written , but is an FP… So you can pair with any fuel source.
If you reduce MCT oil to 1 tsp it would then safely be considered a sipper. <3
I was surprised to see your name was Benoit (when a friend posted your chocolate fudge cake). It’s the same as my maiden name. We are from upstate NY. I love your recipes and plan to try the cake and oolong/peppermint tea.
Hello fellow Benoit, great to meet you!! We are from Eastern Canada, and pronounce it Benwa, how about you?
Is MCT oil required or is there a substitute? This is a special ingredient I haven’t splurged on yet.
You can use regular coconut oil. <3
What is the collagen for?
Great protein source, and it great for your health as well.
why do much tea for one cup
;
To burn extra calories.
Is the picture you posted this drink? Mine didn’t look like that at all. Yours looks so creamy!
Hi Angie, yes of course it is. I blended it in my blender though, so if you didn’t do that you won’t get that frothy look.
