I make this Brownie in a Mug for breakfast paired with my Chrissy’s BP Coffee (find recipe here). So quick and so filling….and it’s chocolate!!!!
Recipe:
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Peanut Flour
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
1 Tbsp of plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
2 Tbsp of Water
1/2 tsp of aluminum free Baking Powder
2 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract
2 tsp of Swerve (or any sweetener of choice)
Pinch of Salt
Put all ingredients in a bowl or mug, mix well and place in the microwave for 1 minute(maybe more depending on the strength of your microwave) I prefer it not fully cooked, it takes on a volcano cake feel that way…yum yum.
I love serving this with plain Greek yogurt sweetened with stevia and diced up frozen strawberries…..this is my favorite way to eat these. So delicious!
- Place Ingredients in a bowl
2. Mix up all the ingredients well
3. Microwave for 1 minute.
4. Serve up with your favorite ‘dressings’ mine are Greek yogurt and strawberries. <3
