Not ready to order a bunch of new products online yet? Well the good news is you don’t have to do that. You can make your very own sweeteners with just a few ingredients you can pick up from your local grocery, bulk barn or health food stores.
If you do however want to buy the THM sweeteners, which I think are incredible and far beyond compare with other options you can buy them here.
Recipe for the a sweetner similar to THM Gentle Sweet:
1 3/4 cups Erythritol, 3/4 cup **Xylitol, 1 tsp THM Stevia
*It’s recommended you grind this in batches to make the superfine powder you need for baking and making yummy skinny chocolate.
**Please research Xylitol before bringing it into a home with pets. It has been known to be fatal to animals.
Recipe for Sweetener’s like Truvia:
1 cup Erythritol or **Xylitol + ½ tsp Pure Stevia Extract
