Raw Cookie Dough 2.0 (THM S)

I’ve been meaning to revisit this recipe since Trim Healthy Mama came out with their baking blend,  and it’s so yummy.   If you’ve wondering what the original Raw Cookie Dough recipe is find it here

  1. Thank you so much for this recipe. I am literally in love. It is amazing and I have made several times and gobbled myself, but also for my
Hubby. I just had with lunch, yummy. Even shared the recipe link on moms groups. I like to say things like me eating my ‘diet food’. Lol

    1. Lol, that’s awesome Caroline! I’m so glad to hear you like this recipe. <3

  2. Oh WOW! Thanks for this recipe! I was working on putting bills into Bill Pay and was wanting something sweet .. I thought I’d remembered someone coming up with a THM version of Cookie Dough! I searched and found you! This is PERFECT!!

    1. Jennifer you should just try the original Raw Cookie Dough Recipe found on my blog.

  3. This may be a weird question, but can I add anything to up the nutritional value? Like protein powder? I have a skinny teen who eats like a toddler (she’s still picky after all these years) and I try to provide her with snacks that have a nutritional punch.

    1. Oh yes, add whatever you’d like. Collagen Protein powder, whatever…. Play away.

  4. I think some chopped pecans and unsweetened big flake coconut would be yummy to add.

  5. Wow! I used homemade baking bend (1:1:1 almond flour, coconut flour, and flaxseed). I used almost 1/2 to. Caramel extract and filled the rest with rum extract. The only (and I mean ONLY!) thing I thought it needed was a pinch of baking soda. It is WONDERFUL! What a keeper. Hit just the spot. Thank you so much! I am looking forward to checking out the rest of your site.

  6. Just made it with my 3 yr old grandson. We enjoyed it very much. It’s nice cause you can fix it and eat it within a 2 to 3 minute time span. Thank you!!

    1. Lol, you could try it with another, like coconut flour but you likely won’t have the same amazing result.

  7. Will this keep in the fridge for a day or 2 ? I was thinking of making a double batch so I could keep one for the inevitable “gotta have something ” moment. Might be good in the freezer for that! Hmm… I’ll be experimenting this week.

  8. I have been making this almost every night for a little over a week. It’s so easy and super yummy. I totally feel spoiled. It’s become my treat for a day where I stay good with the plan. Thanks!!

  9. Very easy, and very yummy! I added a small drizzle of black strap molasses instead of the caramel extract (bc I had none, but still wanted that brown sugar flavor!) Really excited about this as a single serve. I’m not a huge fan of the single serve microwave desserts, so I like that this one is raw!

  10. I made this according to the recipe but it came out like a thick pancake or waffle batter. Is this normal?
