I’m going through a real balsamic vinaigrette phase currently. I just love drizzling a salad with such super food like olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette and eating it up….I honestly could lick my plate clean it tastes so good. But I wouldn’t of course (yeah right!)
I really love this recipe I came up with and it’s turned out to be my fav to date. Here’s hoping you like it as well. <3
Recipe:
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 level Doonks of Pure Stevia (buy here) or sweetener of choice (see conversion chart here)
2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
1 Garlic Clove finely minced
2 tsp Red Onion finely minced
3 tsp Green Onion thinly cut up
Pinch of Salt and Pepper. Season to taste.
Ingredients:
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium high speed for 1 minute.
- Pour into a glass container with a tight seal-able lid. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 mins before using. If you have an hour to allow this to rest it tastes even extra amazing.
