This tea tastes just like those ridiculously delicious Caramel Apples you find at the fair, except that this cup of tea is a “superfood fats” rich, deeply nourishing, caffeine free, sugar free all “around great for you” cup of deliciousness.
If you’ve been seeing the posts going around for bulletproof coffee (golly I even have one called “Chrissy’s BP Coffee“) but don’t drink coffee or are caffeine free this drink will give you many of the benefits of that superfood drink with the coffee or caffeine. <3
Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups of Boiled Water
1 Cinnamon Apple Spice tea bag (buy here)
1 Roobios Tea bag (buy here)
1 Tbsp Collagen Powder (buy here)
2 tsp Butter
2 tsp Coconut Oil or MCT oil (buy here)
1 tsp Caramel Extract (buy here)
2 doonks of Stevia or to taste (buy here)
1 pinch of Mineral Salt (buy here)
Instructions:
- Boil 1 2/3 cups of water, steep both teas for a minimum of 5 minutes.
- Pour steeped water into a blender and add all remaining ingredients.
- Blend for at least 15 seconds
- Pour, serve and enjoy! <3
